your packages using FEDEX International Priority and charges a flat rate
of $32.50 per shipment. This shipping fee is waived on items over $2000,
these items are shipped fully insured, which mean extra cost. Sorry, but shipments
cannot be made to P.O. Boxes, APO's or FPO's. If you want expedited delivery,

Orders from Customers Outside the United States and Colombia
You can order here at the Esmerald.com web site by simply selecting
the items you'd like to purchase and clicking the Add to Cart.
Please note that international orders are subject to additional handling
charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, import duties and
taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipments outside
the United States are shipped exclusively by FedEx International Priority
(see chart above for current rate). The customer will be charged for these
fees prior to shipment. Esmerald.com will use its best efforts to
calculate these fees in advance and inform the customer of the amount. However,
any shortages in shipping, handling or customs duty fees after merchandise
has been shipped will be charged to customer's credit card or invoiced to
customer and collected by carrier at time of delivery of merchandise (C.O.D.).
These fees are non-refundable in the event the merchandise is returned to

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want
to contact your local customs office for further information. All international
orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds via cashier's check drawn
on a U.S. bank, via wire transfer (please contact our Sales Department

or by credit card.

Grading Scales used are only used to define the products of this web site. These scales are based on market grading like GIA, AGL and AGS.
Emeralds and specimens may be shown larger or smaller than actual size, and the visual representation could differ, depending on your monitor settings and your computer's video card.
